4 1868 Birth of Felipe Calderon in Tanza, Cavite. He is the author of the Malolos Constitution.
5 1580 Establishment of Pangasinan as a province by the Spaniards

14 1521 Rajah Humabon of Cebu was baptized as a Catholic.
15 1947 Philippine National Red Cross was established by virtue of Republic Act no. 95 singed by President Manuel Roxas. Aurora Aragon Quezon became its first president.
15 1948 President Manuel Roxas died of heart attack in Clark Field, Angeles, Pampanga.
16 1899 Death of Emilio Jacinto in Sta. Cruz, Laguna due to malaria.
17 1822 Francisco Bayot led the creoles of Manila to stage an uprising against the Spaniards.
17 2019 President Rodrigo Duterte signed Republic Act 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act also known as Bawal Bastos Law.
18 1854 Creation of La Union Province through royal decree issued by Queen Isabella of Spain

20 1874 Revolutionary general Sevillano Aquino was born in Concepcion, Tarlac

22 1529 Treaty of Zaragosa whereby Spain and Portugal divided the world between the two of them. In this treaty, the Philippines belonged to Portugal but mysteriously, it never claim the Philippines.
23 1899 Battle of Plaridel, Bulacan where General Gregorio del Pilar defeated the American Forces killing Colonel John Stotsenberg.
23 1946 The last commonwealth election was held. Manuel A. Roxas and Elpidio Quirino won as president and vice-president respectively.
23 1965 Birth of Maria Leonor “Leni” Gerona Robredo in Naga City, Camarines Sur. She is the 14th vice president of the Philippines
24 1897 Establishment of the Department of Finance by the Revolutionary Government
24 1980 Assassination of Macliing Dulag, an activist from Kalinga Province who opposed the building of a dam in the province.
25 1611 Establishment of the University of Santo Tomas (UST)
25 1801 Creation of Nueva Ecija Province
25 2001 Former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada was arrested on charges of plunder and perjury.
26 1911 Death of Pedro Paterno, known for his role in the abandonment of the revolution and his collaboration with the Spaniards and the Americans.
27 1521 Ferdinand Magellan was killed by Lapu-Lapu in the Battle of Mactan Island.
28 1949 Dona Aurora Aragon-Quezon, widow of President Luis Quezon, and members of her entourage, were ambushed by members of the HUKBALAHAP while traveling along the Nueva Ecija provincial road going to Aurora.

30 1910 Levi Celerio was born in Manila. He was proclaimed National Artist in 1997 for music and literature.
30 1946 American President Harry Truman signed into law the Philippine Trade Act and the Philippine Rehabilitation Act, as approved by the United States Congress.
