During the coronation night held at the Henann Resort in Panglao, Bohol Province on September 30, 2021, Maureen Wroblewitz was proclaimed first runner up to Beatrice Gomez of Cebu City. She also brought home the Miss Air Asia Philippines and Miss Henann Resort awards.
