Zabel Lamberth attended acting workshops in 2016 because she was determined to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. In 2018, she made her debut in the short film Library. Later, she was cast in a lead role in the Daryll Yap’s indie film Closure. She also appeared on television as a contestant in the GMA’s Eat Bulaga Artistahin segment. In May, 2021, she signed up as one of the new talents of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic.
