Peter Unabia is a Filipino businessman and politician. He is currently serving as governor of Misamis Oriental Province in Northern Mindanao Region, Philippines. He was formerly the vice mayor of Gingoog City and before that he served as congressman of the first district of the province.
In the May 9, 2022 election, Peter Unabia ran for governor of Misamis Oriental under the Lakas-CMD Party and won over incumbent Second District Congresswoman Juliette Uy as well as Cagayan de Oro Mayor Oscar Moreno and three other independent candidates.
