Rainier Joaquin Uy is a Filipino politician. He served as vice mayor of Cagayan De Oro, a city of Misamis Oriental Province in Northern Mindanao Region.
In 2016, Rainier Uy ran for vice mayor and defeated then incumbent mayor Ian Acenas. In 2019, he ran for reelection ruling PDP-Laban and won over Nadya Emano Elipe of the local Padayon Party. In 2022, he ran for congressman but lost. He is running again in 2025 for congressman of the first district under Aksyon Demokratiko party.
