Rufus Rodriguez is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the second legislative district of Cagayan De Oro City in Misamis Oriental Province. Running under the Centrist Democratic Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Yan Lam Lim of the ruling PDP-Laban Party and Rogelio Villazorda Jr. of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).
