Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving congressman of the second district of Misamis Oriental Province in Northern Mindanao Region, Philippines.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for governor under the local Padayon Party and defeated former Villanueva Mayor Julio Uy of the National Unity Party (NUP). In 2022, he ran for congressman of the second district and won over Julio Uy of the National Unity Party (NUP) and independent candidate Mylene Mehila.
