Juan Fidel Nograles is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as congressman representing the fourth legislative district of Rizal Province, Philippines. Previously, he served as the congressman of the old second district.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated Maridee Rodriguez of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and Dindo Garciano of the National Unity Party (NUP). He ran for re-election and won over Isidro Rodriguez Jr. of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and Bonna Aquino of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP).
