Jose Francisco Benitez is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the third legislative district of Negros Occidental Province.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman under the ruling PDP-Laban Party unopposed. He ran for re-election in 2022 and defeated Toto Bernard Ferraris of Reform PH Party.
