Leo Rafael Cueva is a Filipino politician. He is at present serving as vice mayor of Sagay, a city of Negros Occidental Province in Western Visayas Region or Region 6, Philippines. Previously, he was the congressman of the second legislative district of the province. In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran under the banner of National Unity Party (NUP) unopposed.
