In 2015, Klea Pineda became one of the contestants in the reality show Starstruck Season 6. She went on to bag the title Ultimate Female Survivor while Migo Adecer got the male counterpart. For winning the contest, she brought home Php 1 million cash, a house and lot from Camella Homes worth Php 2 million and 5-year exclusive GMA contract.
In 2017, Klea represented the Philippines in the 11th Asian Supermodel contest held in Saipan, Northern Marianas. She did not win but she brought home the Miss Photogenic award.
