Arthur Yap is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as governor of Bohol Province in Central Visayas Region.
Running for governor under PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he narrowly defeated former Cabinet Secretary Leoncio Evasco Jr. of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and three other relatively unknown candidates. He ran for re-election in 2022 but lost.
