Eleanor Bulut Begtang is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as congresswoman of Apayao Province in northern Philippines. She was previously the governor of the province.

In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for governor under the ruling PDP-Laban Party without any opponent. She ran for congresswoman in 2022 and won unopposed.
