Allen Jesse Mangaoang Biography

Allen Jesse Mangaoang is a Filipino politician. He is currently the congressman representing the lone legislative district of Kalinga Province in the Cordillera Region of northern Philippines. He has been holding the office since 2016 succeeding Manuel S. Agyao who completed his three term tenure. Running under the Nacionalista Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated incumbent Governor Jocel Baac of PDP-Laban Party.
