The 2024 edition of Ginoong Pilipinas pageant was held at the Carlos P. Romulo Theater, RCBC Plaza in Makati City on July 18, 2024. It was presented by BorGen Entertainment Ventures Company.

At the end of the event, 2023 Ginoong Pilipinas winner Larz Kent Dawson of Cebu crowned successor Carl Michael Martinez of Bohol. The performers were Apollo Young and Roland Irojo. and it was hosted by radio disk jockey Sean Kyle Ortega.

The other winners were:
1st Runner Up –> Ryan James Valdez – Baguio City
2nd Runner Up –> Mark Joseph Cruz – Paranaque City
