Gerry Carillo is a Filipino lawyer, politician and former government official. He served as councilor of Cebu City and later, he was appointed as head of the Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (CCDRRMC) under Mayor Michael Rama.

In 2022, Atty. Gerry Carillo represented Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo in his election case against Pryde Henry Teves. The case was decided in favor of the governor.
