Eumir Marcial is a Filipino boxer. He is one of the qualified Filipino athletes to compete in the 2021 Olympic games in Tokyo, Japan. Together with judoka Kiyomi Watanabe, he lead the Philippine contingent as a flag bearer during the opening ceremonies of the event on July 23, 2021.

On August 5, 2021, Eumir Marcial finished his Tokyo Olympic journey with a bronze medal after being beaten by Ukrainian Oleksandr Khyzhniak in the men’s boxing middleweight category.
For bringing home the bronze medal, Eumir Marcial is expected to receive at least 8 million pesos in prizes and other incentives such as free plane tickets.
On August 1, 2021, Eumir Marcial scored a knock out victory against Armenian Arman Darchinyan in the Tokyo 2021 Olympics men’s middleweight division. On July 29, 2021, he disposed of Algerian Younes Nemouchi in his first fight in 2021 Olympic games via technical knock out in the first round.
