Wilfredo Keng is a Filipino-Chinese businessman. He is the chairman of publicly-listed Century Peak Holdings Corporation, a company engaged in the metals and mining industries including nickel, chromite, and iron. In 2010, forbes.com listed him as the #32 richest in the Philippines with a net worth of US$100 million.

In 2017, Mr. Keng filed a libel case against multi-awarded journalist and Rappler CEO Maria Ressa. The case prospered and Maria Ressa had been found guilty of cyber libel on June 15, 2020. The case stemmed from Rappler story for a 2012 story linking him to luxury vehicles used by the former chief justice Renato Corona.
Century Peak Holdings’ subsidiary Century Peak Corporation (CPC) has operations in Loreto town in Dinagat Island Province. It is one of the mining companies which were recommended for closure due to environmental violations by the late Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources Regina Lopez. Another subsidiary is allegedly applying for a reclamation project in Cavite Province.
