Emmylou Taliño-Mendoza is a Filipino politician. She is currently serving as governor of Cotabato Province in Region 12, Philippines. She is an Ilocano by ethnicity.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for vice governor under the banner of Nacionalista Party (NP) and won over Socrates Piñol of the ruling PDP-Laban. She ran for governor in the May 9, 2022 elections and defeated incumbent governor Nancy Catamco and two other candidates.
