Rolando Valeriano is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the second legislative district of Manila. Previously, he served as councilor for nine years.

Running for congressman under the local Asenso Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Alex Lopez of he Nacionalista Part (NP) and independent candidate Rodolfo “Ninong” Lacsamana. He ran for re-election in 2022 and won over Carlo Lopez of the Nacionalista Party.
