Manuel Luis Lopez is a Filipino politician. He was a former Congressman of the first legislative district of Manila. Running under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated former congressman Benjamin “Atong” Asilo. He ran for re-election in 2022 but lost to Ernix Dionisio.
