Tom started his career in the entertainment industry in 2012 when he became a housemate of ABS-CBN reality show Pinoy Big Brother teen season 4. Some of his fellow housemates then were Yves Flores and Kit Thompson. Since then, he appeared in several television shows of the same network.
In 2015, he was chosen as a member of the dance group Hashtags.
