Maru Delgado is a Filipino dancer, actor and model. He is one of the members of the dance group Hashtags that performs regularly on the ABS-CBN noon time show It’s Showtime.

Family And Childhood
Maru grew up in Bohol Province with his grandfather. His parents separated when he was only a year old. Although he still communicates with his biological father, he never saw his biological mother. At a young age, he started working to support himself and his sister.

When he was a teenager, he went to Manila and worked in several establishments such as department stores. Later, he got acquainted with talent scouts who brought him to the world of modelling and showbiz.

Maru auditioned for GMA reality show protege in 2011 but did not make it. In 2017, he became a member of Hashtags dance group. In 2018, he auditioned for Pinoy Big Brother but again, he failed to become a housemate.
