Wilter Palma is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the first legislative district of Zamboanga Sibugay Province in Region 9, Philippines. He was previously the provincial governor.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for re-election as governor under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and defeated George Hofer II who ran as an independent candidate. He ran for congressman under Lakas-CMD Party and won over Apple Cabilao Yambao of PPP.
