Wilter Palma II is a Filipino politician. He served as Congressman of the first legislative district of Zamboanga Sibugay Province in Region 9, Philippines.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and won over Apple Yambao of the Nacionalista Party and two independent candidates. He ran for governor in the May 9, 2022 elections but lost Dulce Ann Hofer.
