Esteban Contreras is a Filipino politician. He is the current governor of Capiz Province in Western Visayas Region. Running as an independent in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated incumbent governor Antonio del Rosario of the Liberal Party (LP) and Joel Longares of the Philippine Federal Party (PFP).
