Presbitero Velasco, Jr. is a Filipino politician and former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court. He is currently the governor of the Philippine island province of Marinduque in Region 4B or MIMAROPA. He ran for re-election in the May 9, 2022 under PDP-Laban Party and defeated incumbent Vice Governor Dr. Jun Bacorro of Aksyon Demokratiko and James Lim.

In the May 13, 2019 election, Justice Velasco ran under the ruling PDP-Laban Party and beat independent candidate Reynaldo Salvacion and Violetta Reyes of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
