Matthew Joseph Marcos Manotoc is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as governor of the Philippine northern province of Ilocos Norte. Previously, he was the senior provincial board member of the second district.
In the May 13, 2019 elections, he ran unopposed under the Nacionalista Party. Former Congressman Rodolfo Fariñas filed his candidacy for governor but he withdrew before the campaign period started. Still, some 30,000 people voted for him.
