Cesar Chavez is a Filipino journalist and government official. He is currently serving as Secretary of Presidential Communications Secretary (PCO) under the Office of the President.
In the election campaign for the 2022 election, Cesar Chavez was the chief of staff of then presidential candidate Isko Moreno before he resigned in August of 2021.
