Raoul Manuel is a Filipino mathematician, activist and politician. As the first nominee of Kabataan Partylist which won in the 2022 election, he served as a representative of the youth and students in the 19th congress. Elected at age 27, he was one of the youngest legislators in the country.

Sayang, he should have use his being a Summa Cum Laude for being highly intellectual like former late President Ferdinand Marcos, Sr. The only President and a bar topnotcher (garnering 98% – no one has ever reach that kind of score among bar examinees), that no one can match his brilliance till the present time. If he continue and prolong his political style with different ideology that does not jibe democracies’ system, he will not gain support if he intends to keep running for elective positions. People doesn’t want to elect with leftist ideologies!
