Noel E. Rosal is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as governor of Albay in the Bicol Region, Philippines. Previously, he was the mayor of Legaspi City, the capital of the province. Noel E. Rosal also won as governor in 2022 under the KANP party but he was dismissed by the Commission on Election (COMELEC) for election irregularities.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for mayor under the banner of the ruling PDP-Laban Party and won over independent candidate Emmanuel Nabor.
