Jose Atienza Jr. is a Filipino Architect and politician. He is currently serving as a congressman who was reelected as a nominee of Buhay Partylist in the May 13, 2019 election.

Buhay Partylist was founded by El Shaddai leader Mike Velarde.

On October 1, 2021, Congressman Lito Atienza has filed his candidacy for vice president in 2022. He is running in tandem with presidential candidate Senator Manny Pacquiao under PROMDI (Probinsiya Muna Development Initiative), the party founded by the late Cebu Governor Lito Osmena.
