Carl Nicolas Cari is a Filipino politician. He is the current congressman of the fifth legislative district of Leyte Province. Running under the partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Marilou Baligod of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and independent candidate Baldomero Falcone.
