Edcel Lagman is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the first legislative district of Albay Province in Bicol Region, Philippines.
In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran for congressman under the Liberal Party (LP) and defeated then incumbent Sto. Domingo Mayor Herbie Aguas of the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC) and Hernando Bruce of the PDDS-DPP. In 2022, he ran for re-election under the same party and won over three other candidates including Rebecca Quijano who placed a far second.
