Paulino Salvador Leachon is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He was formerly the congressman of the first legislative district of Oriental Mindoro Province in Region 4B, Philippines.
Running under the ruling PDP-Laban Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Marilou Morillo of the Partido Federal Ng Pilipinas. In 2022, he ran for governor but lost to incumbent Governor Humerlito Dolor.

* On March 2, 2020, Leachon was removed as chair of the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) due to conflict of interest according to Camarines Sur congressman Luis Raymund Villafuerte which Congressman Leachon did not disclose previously. However, Leachon claimed that his removal was the result of politics since he is a friend of Marinduque congressman Lord Allan Velasco, an aspirant for House Speaker.
* Leachon was charged of graft in connection with the use of government-owned trucks for private purposes when he was mayor in Calapan City. In 2019, the case was dismissed.
