Stella Quimbo is a Filipino economist and politician. She is currently serving as congresswoman of the second legislative district of Marikina City in Metro Manila.
In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for congress under the Liberal Party and defeated independent candidates Eugene De Vera and Mauro Arce. She ran for re-election in 2022 and won over Del De Guzman of Aksyon Demokratiko and Arce Mauro of Kilusang Bagong Lipunan (KBL).
Representative Stella Quimbo is considered the resident economist of the House of Representatives.
