Kit Belmonte Biography

Kit Belmonte is a Filipino lawyer and politician. At present, he is one of the members of the board of trustees of Angat Pinas, Inc., a non-government organization headed by Atty. Leni Robredo. Previously, he served as a three-term congressman of the 6th legislative district of Quezon City in Metro Manila. He did not ran for any position in the May 9, 2022 but he was focused on helping the presidential campaign of then Vice President Leni Robredo who lost to now President Bongbong Marcos.

In the May 13, 2019 election, he ran as a reelectionist candidate for congressman under the Liberal Party and easily defeated Juan Domino of PDP-Laban Party and Maria Cecilia Fabilane of PDDS-DPP.
