Noli Celeste is a Filipino politician. He served as Congressman of the first legislative district of Pangasinan Province. Running under the Nacionalista Party in the May 13, 2019 election, he defeated Thomas Orbos of the ruling PDP-Laban Party and independent candidate Ernesto Regaspi.
In 2022, Noli Celeste ran for mayor of Agno Municipality but lost to incumbent Mayor Gualberto Sison.
