Jumel Espino is a Filipino politician. He is currently the congressman of the second legislative district of Pangasinan Province. Running under the ruling PDP-Laban in the May 13, 2019 election, he won over Raul Sison of the Nacionalista Party and independent candidate Roberto Merrera Jr.
