Rebecca Ynares is a Filipino businesswoman and politician. She served as governor of Rizal Province in Southern Tagalog Region.

In the May 13, 2019 election, she ran for governor under the Nationalist People’s Coalition Party (NPC) and defeated two relatively unknown independent candidates. She ran for re-election in the May 9, 2022 and handily won over four other candidates including Andrew Sumulong.

On March 25, 2020, a statement from Casimiro “Junjun” Ynares III said that his mother Rebecca Ynares tested positive for COVID-19.
