Buriram Province Thailand

Buriram Province is one of the provinces in the northeastern region (Isan) of Thailand. It is bounded on the north by the province of Khon Kaen, on the east by Maha Sarakham and Surin, on the south by Cambodia and Sa Kaeo, and on the west by Nakhon Ratchasima.

Located 393 kilometers northeast of Bangkok, Buriram has a total area of 10,322 km2 (3,985 sq mi) and a population of 1,594,850 in 2018. Topography consists of the Isan Plateau and some hills and mountains on the south.
