The 2023 Mister Grand Philippines pageant was held on November 12, 2023 at the esteemed Manila Hotel. There were at most twelve crowns to be given away including Mister Grand Philippines 2023, the most prestigious one. The winner will represent the country in the 2023 Mister Grand International which is scheduled on January 14, 2024 in Andalusia, Spain. At the end of the event, Cheovy Walter of San Pascual, Batangas was crowned as the new 2023 Mister Grand Philippines.

Three judges namely, Sky Dwayne Valkenheim (Mr. Posture Philippines 2023), Jovy Bequillo (Man Hot Star International 2022), and MJ Ordillano (4th Runner Up, Mister International 2022) will evaluate the pre-pageant activities and twelve other judges will join them during the coronation night. Bryan Franco, the chairman of MGP organization and Mark Alvero, the National Director, stated that they inhibit themselves from joining the panel of judges in order to avoid any notion of conflict of interest.
