The first edition of The Miss Philippines pageant was held on October 24, 2023 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Along with the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2024, the pageant was part of the The Filipino Festival event. Rabiya Mateo and André Brouillette were the host of the event.

1st Runner Up: Chantal Elise Schmidt (Cebu City) – Miss Eco International Philippines 2024
2nd Runner Up: Isabelle de los Santos (Mandaluyong) – Miss Aura International Philippines 2024
3rd Runner Up: Blessa Ericha Figueroa (Northern California) – Miss Asia-Pacific International 2024
