The 2023 edition of Misters of Filipinas male beauty pageant was held at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Makati City on September 17, 2023.
The following winners were crowned:
Man Hot Star (to compete in Thailand) – RJ De Vera from Gerona, Tarlac
Tourism and Culture Universe (to compete in Myanmar) – Drei Arias from Malolos, Bulacan
Teenager Universe (to compete in Bali, Indonesia in March 2024) – Lloyd Figueras from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
Fitness Model World – Godfrey Nikolai Murillo from Pampanga
Man of the World Philippines – Kenneth Vincent Cabungcal from Negros Oriental
First runner-up – Brent Dalman from Cebu
Second runner-up – James Harley Lajos from Batangas
