Empire Philippines launched its 2023 Mister Pilipinas Worldwide male beauty pageant with 20 contestants from all over the country. The coronation night was held at Cove Manila on May 6, 2023 with Miss Charm 2023 first runner-up Annabelle McDonnell and Mister Pilipinas Ambassador Ralph De Leon as hosts.

Four winners were crowned namely:

Mister Supranational Philippines – Johannes Rissler (Davao Del Norte)
Mister Global Philippines – John Ernest Tanting (Cebu City)
Mister Manhunt Supermodel Philippines – Kenneth Stromsnes (Mandaluyong City)
Mister Pilipinas Cosmopolitan (Mister Cosmopolitan Philippines 2023) – Ivan Aikon Ignacio of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija

First Runner Up –> Lorenzo Isip (Cebu)
Second Runner Up –> Rei Aldrich Gregorio (Bulacan)
Third Runner Up –> Tyler Gaumer (USA)

Jefferson Bunney of the United Kingdom was appointed Mister Pilipinas International Ambassador for 2023.

Empire Philippines is the same organization that manages the local franchise of Miss Universe Philippines. To serve as the National Director of the pageant is no other than Manhunt International 2022 1st runner-up Joshua De Sequera. Noted shoe designer Jojo Bragais and Xion Lim of Oxin Films were chosen as partners.
