Mark D. Pespes is a retired Filipino police general. He last served as director of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force (SAF) with the rank of majorr general. He is known as the police colonel who neutralized and negotiated the hostage-taker of former Senator Leila de Lima who was detained at the PNP Custodial Center, Camp Crame, Quezon City.
