Teofilo Guadiz III is a Filipino lawyer and former government official. He served as chairman of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). Previously, he was the chairman of the Land Transportation Office (LTO), an attached agency of the Department of Transportation responsible for all land transportation in the Philippines.
