Allen A. Capuyan is a Filipino politician, former government official and retired military officer with the rank of colonel. He served as Intelligence Service Unit chief in Davao from 1997 to 2000 and chief of operations of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP).
Allen Capuyan is currently a candidate for senator in the 2025 National Election in the Philippines.
