Noel Rivera is a Filipino politician. He is currently serving as congressman of the third legislative district of Tarlac Province in Region III or Central Luzon, Philippines. The third district of Tarlac is composed of the three southernmost towns namely, Concepcion, Capas and Bamban.
In the May 9, 2022 elections, Noel Rivera ran for congressman under the Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC). With the support of the Yap Family and other local officials, he defeated incumbent Concepcion Mayor Andy Lacson of Aksyon Demokratiko and independent candidate Jose Antonio Feliciano.
