Binibining Pilipinas (Miss Philippines) 2022 was the 59th edition of the pageant which selected the country’s representative to compete in four global beauty contests namely: Miss International, Miss Grand International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss Globe.

Coronation night was held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Metro Manila on July 31, 2022 and the hosts were Catriona Gray, Nicole Cordoves, Samantha Bernardo, and Edward Barber. P-pop sensation SB19 sang the Binibining Pilipinas theme song.

During the event, Hannah Arnold, Samantha Panlilio, Cinderella Obeñita, and Maureen Montagne crowned their successors as follows:
Nicole Borromeo of Cebu –> Binibining Pilipinas International 2023
Roberta Tamondong of San Pablo, Laguna –> Binibining Pilipinas Grand International 2022
Gabrielle Basiano of Borongan, Eastern Samar –> Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2022
Chelsea Fernandez of Tacloban –> Binibining Pilipinas Globe 2022.
